Catherine Dubois

Founder & Hospitality Professional

Growing up in the French countryside, Catherine's strengths have always revolved around classic French home-cooked meals, and a gift for warm hospitable welcomes. Since graduating from the hospitality program in Vichy, she has focused her passion towards sharing her knowledge of food through cooking classes, dinner parties, and being highly integrated in the local food markets in Ontario.

Her knowledge of the hospitality industry is highly regarded, having opened the reputable Langdon Hall Relais Château in Cambridge, Ontario, after having worked throughout Europe.

Nigel Didcock

CULINARY DIRECTOR & CONSULTANT

Inspired by his grandfather at a young age, Nigel began his journey at the age of 15 towards becoming one of Canada's most notable chefs and food & beverage directors. After working in some of Europe's finest 3 star Michelin restaurants, Nigel successfully opened the notable Langdon Hall Relais-Château in Cambridge, Ontario. His passion brought him to Toronto to lead large culinary teams at The Sutton Place Hotel and The Granite Club, North America's most reputable private club.

Today, he looks to inspire young professionals to achieve their dreams, and further their passion for the culinary arts.
